“Once you have been exposed to the GO FOR IT! Program, it never ends. As teachers we face many challenges, from students not turning in their homework to the display of impulsive/inappropriate behaviors and low self-esteem. GO FOR IT! is the answer for me because it is simple and it works! It uses time tested strategies with practical applications, and when worked properly, it is fail safe! You can see results immediately.

“For example, one of my students with extremely impulsive behavior corrected it within two weeks once she used her Change Cards (Key 3). Several others started handing in their homework, immediately, when they started tracking their wise choices (Key 4). Then there were a couple of young men who did things they didn’t think they could because they remembered to visualize their goals and they believed in themselves (Keys 2, 5 and 6).

“Teachers are constantly challenged with getting their students to participate in their own learning and to do well on tests. GO FOR IT! is their answer. It is a win-win, hands-on, researched program that addresses individual needs…and it works! I’ve led two GO FOR IT! Teacher Trainings this past month and have seen the excitement teachers have when they complete the training. One of the teachers told the class he had signed up because he wanted to be a better teacher. He said he was leaving a better man.

“The GO FOR IT! certification program for teachers provides educators and their students with life-long skills they need to be successful in school, and in all of life. They just need to GO FOR IT!”

-G. A. Prager, Teacher and Reading Specialist, Colorado

“Numerous parents have contacted and spoken with me over the positive impact the Seven Keys to Success have had on them as well as their kids.  It’s rewarding to see the students take advantage of the chance to make a difference in their lives as well as those around them.”

~Mary T. Sass, Middle School Teacher, Michigan

Further Acclaim from GO FOR IT! Trained Teachers:

“I feel that in my classroom since the beginning of the year, kids are starting to develop a norm of high achievement and to value that, and to value working hard and putting in extra time to expect that of one another.  And I think GO FOR IT! is responsible for that.”

“My colleagues are all familiar with the GO FOR IT! Program and we are really pushing the lessons, vocabulary and techniques in our school. I think that attitudes about learning are improved as we continually point out to the students how much control they have over their lives with the decisions they make and the attitudes they have.  I also see the students using the vocabulary and reminding each other to have a positive attitude.

“Go For It! really helps me to stay positive throughout the day and I know it has both a calming and positive effect on the students.  This was by far the best course I have ever taken personally and professionally.  The ideas in this program are practical and very user friendly!”

“Students who understand the Seven Keys to Success recognize and respond to positive attitude in themselves and others.  They are less confrontational at school and at home so they come to school with less stress and ready to learn.”
